Our Features

Room Setup

Studio: Appropriate for interactive discussions, lecture sessions, workshops and birthday parties for fewer than 20 people. Equipped with audiovisual capabilities.

Salon: Generally used for receptions, hospitality and sessions involving small group discussions. A six-foot table seats six people comfortably. Equipped with audiovisual capabilities, faux fireplace and upright piano. Access to small landscaped outdoors area with child-friendly equipment

Sanctuary: Appropriate for intimate weddings, memorials and ceremonies, lecture sessions, and performances with fewer than 90 people. Equipped with audiovisual capabilities, keyboard, and sound equipment.

Wireless Internet available throughout

Contracts

Common Ground provides a standard facility contract, noting deposit, payment, and cancellation policies. A final agreement and binding contract will be negotiated. Definite terms, additional costs, and signatures of representatives with authority to enter into the agreement will be included.

Common Ground provides a warm and welcoming ambiance similar to that of a private home. Our facility is professionally maintained within the highest of standards. All meeting rooms are uniquely appointed with artistic elements reflective of an eclectic blend of contemporary and traditional styles. Our sanctuary provides an intimate atmosphere for special ceremonies and events.

Interested in Renting Space?

Meeting room rates are $38 per hour
Sanctuary rates are $50 per hour with a 2-hour minimum
Rates for both meeting rooms and the Sanctuary can be negotiated for full day and/or on-going events (based on a minimum number of guaranteed hours)
50% non-refundable deposit required to book space
Payment-in-full due prior to start of event
Additional fees may apply for use of audio/visual equipment in the Sanctuary
Childcare room available (inquire about rates and guidelines)
