Monday Mindfulness Training ~ Weekly, 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
Time to drop from our heads to our hearts.
These gatherings are geared toward learning to live mindfully in the present moment.
Experience different kinds of meditation practices to find the perfect one that will work for you.
Using the work of Buddhist Monk Thich Nhat Hanh and others we will practice and discuss mindful living and meditation. There will be plenty of meditation time along with short videos of master
teachers and group discussion
